The Beeches Touring Park is owned and run by the Kerridge family who also own Holton Road Garden Centre & Market Fields Farm Shop next door.
The layout of the park is such that each Motorhome or Touring Caravan has their own space & pitches are separated by the beech hedges that the touring park takes its name from. There are two types of pitches, Deluxe & Super Deluxe. Please see site map for more information on each pitch.
Super Deluxe – hard standing pitch with a grassy area, 2 water taps, 16A electricity supply, grey water drainage, t.v point, WiFi and parking for one car.
Deluxe – hard standing pitch with a grassy area, 2 water taps, 16A electricity supply, t.v point, WiFi and parking for one car.
We also have a chemical toilet disposal point, a service area for grey water disposal & rinse, a fresh drinking water supply, and a rubbish/recycling area.
Our pitch price of £37 includes 2 adults & up to 2 dogs per pitch. Additional adults are charged at £10 per person, per night (max 4 people per pitch).
Dogs are welcome on the park but we do ask that they are kept on a lead. We do have a meadow beside the park where you are also welome to exercise your dogs. We do not accept dogs subject to the Dangerous Dogs Act 2024.
Arrivals – from 1pm If you expect to arrive after 6pm, please contact us by phone to make arrangements. Please note we do prefer guests to be on site & set up by dark

The Beeches Touring Park is just 8 miles from the beautiful town of Southwold on the Suffolk Coast. We are conveniently located on a bus route which will take you into the local towns & villages without having to worry about parking the car. It is the most beautiful site. So peaceful. Everywhere is so neat and tidy. The shower block is amazing. You get your own little bathroom to yourself with a walk in shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer. We had a lovely welcome, the warden was so friendly and helpful. We will be returning.

Second visit and second review. Love this place from the well maintained pitches with nice beech hedges separating them. The welcome from the owners and now as of the 1 Aug 26, the superb toilet and shower facilities. They are the best I have seen at any campsite in Europe. Even better than most hotel en suites. Each one has everything you need from toilet, sink with mirror and then a superb shower with curved glass. Everything you need is behind that one door including hair drier. Well done on this one.

Wow it was just like the pictures!! Immaculate site with good size pitches and well laid out , well stocked shop and very friendly staff ! Not sure of his name but the guy that showed us to the pitch we were on was very helpful and sent us in the direction of the thoroughfare , which had lots of local independent shops and three very nice pubs thank you and look forward to coming back very soon – Steve W, March 2026

Lovely site. Very clean and well maintained, plenty of room on each pitch and hedges between . Every pitch has water electric and waste drain and aerial socket. 10 min walk to bus stop fir Southwold. 20/30 min walk into Halesworth through the park. Well sign posted and easy to find, spotlessly clean and tidy site. Friendly helpful staff, nice walk into village and the attached farm shop is better than the usual site shop. WiFi worked well, TV reception good – Ray H, September 2025
